This poem is about little boys growing up in the gospel and maturing and going on missions which change their lives forever. It’s also about how we can all make tomorrow better by our decisions and choices we make today. (Picture of Elder Johnny Prettyman serving as a missionary in Recife, Brazil)
Tomorrow
Yesterday a child Was learning the way
Today a young man is going away
Yesterday a boy who would play all day
Today a young man will be leading the way
Yesterday a kid who didn't look
Today he's the kid teaching the book
Yesterday it seems so long ago
Today he's learning what he needs to know
Yesterday was a time we can all remember
But tomorrow is a time we can all make better
